Appointment Cancellation

I’m sorry the appointment time didn’t work out for you.  Scheduling can be a bit tricky sometimes, so I make it a point to keep my availability as up-to-date as possible!

We just need to make sure we can get the appointment cancelled as part of our terms and conditions, so we’ll check into that and get right back to you.
